[Minneapolis/St. Paul Restaurant] Pizza Luce

The Blue Dog
Pizza Luce, a Twin Cities staple, has something for everyone! Any of their pizzas can be made with gluten-free ingredients and there are plenty of vegetarian and vegan menu options!

The Bear
We stopped by for lunch at the downtown Minneapolis location. Pizza Luce's menu is quite extensive. I was really tempted by some of the sandwiches and salads, but we opted to get 2 medium pizzas.

We decided to order The Blue Dog and The Bear (we're not vegetarian in the least). The Blue Dog San Marzano tomatoes, fresh arugula, roasted asparagus, chopped bacon, red onion, blue cheese and mozzarella. The Bear is heartily topped with Italian sausage, pepperoni, marinated chicken, ground beef and Canadian bacon and mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce.

The Blue Dog was my favorite! The flavor combination is great! I am currently obsessed with asparagus, so I was quite happy when I saw this on the menu.

The Bear was too heavy for me, but I'm sure you'll really enjoy it if you really like meat pizzas

I am looking forward to going back and trying some of the other specialty pizzas...and probably a hoagie next time!

Not gonna lie, I was also tempted by everyone's brunch order...since brunch is my favorite meal.

The prices are quite reasonable (hoagies for less than $10) and the location is great.
