Best locations: Samcheongdong (near Insadong), Edae (Ewha Women's University), Dongdaemun Market (Doota)
The bingsu (other posts)at Beans Bins is pretty cheap for a chain cafe bingsu (price 9,800KRW).
The ice flakes are covered with a famous sweetened condensed milk sauce. It is then topped with a ton of fruit, strawberry ice cream, ddeok (Korean rice cakes), and a scoop of pat (sweetened red bean paste). The fruits are typically grapes, kiwi, and pineapple.
I was actually quite happy with this. Unlike the mango bingsu at Caffe Bene, it is topped with fruit that has never been frozen.
I also really like how they stayed semi-traditional, adding the red beans and the dduk.
Although there are locations all around Korea, I highly recommend the location in Samcheong-dong! The atmosphere is great and it is relatively quiet, as quiet as a cafe in Seoul can be. It's also a great place to do some people-watching. Admit it, you love people watching.
Samcheong-dong: It is located right next to the store that only sells rooster merchandise, you know the place. 꼬꼬매니아
It is about a 15-20 minute walk from Anguk Station (line 3), which is where Insa-dong is located and nearby Gyungbokgung Palace, so it's a perfect place to go to round out your day of sightseeing.

Dongdaemun Doota: There is also another location in the Doota at Dongdaemun. I also like this location because it's a great break in your busy shopping day.
Edae (Ewha Women's University): This was my "neighborhood" location. It is located on the main street in Edae when you leave exit 2, on the left hand side, right before you get to the street with Geurida Kkum (strawberry milk), the second street before you get to the main gate of Ewha Women's University.
