[Sinchon, Seoul] Amma Indian Restaurant Revisit

Revisited Amma with my friends a little while ago. We were regulars at Amma's original location 5 years ago. So, when my friend visited from Copenhagen, we had to definitely visit Amma's new, HUGE location.
We actually bought a TicketMonster deal, but we were going to go even without the TiMon voucher.

We definitely got a LOT more food than we could handle.

We got my chicken harabara curry, khabli naan, garlic naan, tandoori chicken, and a spicy chicken curry.
With the voucher we also got salads, rice, and soups and sodas or lassi.

Amma has upped its atmosphere game since we went all those years ago. Many of its dishes are still the same, but they have this new pickle server and some nice glasses now.

In its new location, they really went all out in the decor department. They have these snazzy light fixtures and everything.

There are also some really cute "rooms" on the side if you want to have a nice change of pace and sit on the floor to eat or smoke hookah.

That's the other new thing, as you can see in the picture. They now offer hookah. I think there was something like 12 flavors, but I don't really remember.

It's pretty cool that this family-run business is still around and flourishing.

The food quality, as always, is still very high. I was a little worried after I heard they expanded so much because that often means that they don't care as much about the food they put out anad are just in it for the profit, but this is not the case.

It's still run by the same guy and his wife and the cook is still the same. Everything is still the same as it was years and years ago.

I definitely still recommend stopping by and checking it out!

New location:
From Sinchon Station (line 2) exit 2, walk straight past UPlex. When you get to the Pizza Hut, turn left. Walk about 100 meters and Amma should be on your right.
