[Korea] Sulbing Strawberry Tiramisu Bingsu (Winter seasonal menu)

December in Korea is the beginning of strawberry season!
It's the best time to buy desserts and strawberries as a strawberry lover!

My friends and I went to Sulbing for bingsu the other day and got a strawberry tiramisu bingsu!

There are 3 or 4 strawberry bingsu options. The just strawberry bingsu has pat (sweetened red beans) in the middle of the mountain of ice. Luckily the cashier told us that after we ordered, just because she was worried we might not like it. I, personally, do not have strong opinions about pat, but one of my companions definitely did.

So, we had to choose between the deluxe strawberry bingsu and the strawberry tiramisu.

We decided to get the strawberry tiramisu one, obviously. It was 12,900 KRW.

Instead of pouring condensed milk, as you do with the normal bingsus, you get a container of strawberry syrup to add to your bingsu.

This was actually a really rich bingsu. The strawberries are all fresh strawberries, not froxen. The tiramisu, is not a true tiramisu and it's not a cheesecake, but that's okay. If it were, it probably would overwhelm the dessert. It's kind of strange, I don't know if I would get the tiramisu variety again...it's kind of like a cream gelatin (?) on top of a crumbly crust.
Under the tiramisu square is a healthy portion of whipped cream.

Let me know if you try it or its strawberry brethren!
