[Seoul - Edae] Cafe Pera - Crepe Cake

Just a short post today about Cafe Pera in Edae (Ewha Women's University) area and their crepe cake.

This is a kind of late post, so I don't remember all the details about prices. Sorry about that! I do remember it being a little pricey, but not outrageously so.

This cafe is tucked in the back alley next to the main gate of Ewha Women's University. Even with that, it's always very full!

The quality is consistent. These days, it is much easier to find decent cake around town, but back in the day this was one of the main places I went.

There are about 50 seats on the second floor and some on the main floor.
There's a little alcove on the second floor, where my friend and I sat. It has a few tables, maybe 4, and is kind of nice to sit in because it's a little more secluded from the main seating area, so it's a little quieter.

This is also a good place for students to sit and study, if I had to judge from the number of laptops and textbooks we saw that day.

We got a crepe cake to share and my friend ordered a green tea with lemon.

The crepe cake was nice and light. The cream was not too sugary, which was really nice.

The one thing I do like about Cafe Pera is their dinnerware. I kind of like that none of it matches, except for the flower-y grandma theme.

Is it just me?

By the way, if you live by or are staying south of the river, there's also a Cafe Pera location in the Pastel City Mall at Sadang. Just go out exit 12 :)

Original location: Ewha Women's University, next to the main gate, down the back alley by the Alpha.
