Abalone-based food is all over Jeju, because well, it's an island and there's a lot of abalone to be had.
I knew this was on my list of "must have" food if I ever went to Jeju. Needless to say (since I lived in Korea for almost 4 years before ever going to Jeju), it was on my list for a LONGGG time.
The shop is quite small. The food is only available for takeaway orders. You know you're on the right track when you start smelling the rich aroma of sesame oil. It's quite popular, so expect a line at usual meal times. We went at a really random time, like 3:30PM and there were still about 10 people in line before us. (This picture was taken after we picked up our order, more on that later.)
Just a warning, the porridge is made to order, so you might have to wait like 10-20 minutes. They told us 20 minutes, but the order was ready when we went to check on it after exploring the area for 10 minutes.
I definitely recommend you check it out. It makes a great snack or a take-and-go food for the beach. There are other menu items I didn't have a chance to try.
Left-hand menu is for beverages:
3500 KRW - Dutch coffee (they make the Dutch coffee in-house)

Right-hand menu is the food menu:
5500 KRW - Kimbap
5000 KRW - tong jeon bok joo meok bap Abalone rice ball

There are two locations. I will write the addresses in Korean, so you can just show your taxi driver :)
제주특별자치도 지주시 북성로 65
This location is on the northern side of the island, pretty near to the airport. This is the location we went to. It's a very easy walk from the Ramada, in case you are staying there, as we did.
제주특별자치도 서귀포시 월드컵로 193
This location is on the southern side of the island in Seogwipo.
Here's their official Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/jejukimmanbok
